The Southampton estate of late designer and art advisor Garrick C. Stephenson has recently been put on the market for $34 million.

The waterfront property, located on 37 West Neck Lane , is one of the largest remaining parcels of land in Southampton.

The listing was posted by Brown Harris Stevens of the Hamptons and North Fork, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, under listing broker John P. Vitello.

The property includes 20 wooded acres and 3,165 feet of frontage on Bullhead Bay as well as a private pond.

The 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home, also offers views of Ram Island, Peconic Bay and the National Golf Links as well a waterside swimming pool, and a fixed deep water dock.

Stephenson, known as a significant “taste arbiter,” distributed his art collection between his five properties.
