The Village of Brewster Board of Trustees has established a committee tasked with updating the municipality's comprehensive plan.
The members are:
- Tom Boissonnault—village trustee
- Mary Bryde—village trustee
- Bob Cullen—Town of Southeast councilman
- Bob Dumont—business owner, president of the Landmarks Preservation Society of Southeast
- George Gasper—resident
- Jack Gress—Coalition for a Better Brewster
- Christine Piccini—village deputy mayor
- Richard Ruchala—village board of appeals
- Jim Schoenig—village mayor
- Rick Stockburger—planning board member
- Terry Stockburger—village trustee
