More Than 1,800 NYSEG Customers In Putnam, Westchester Without Power

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — More than 1,800 NYSEG customers in Putnam and northern Westchester counties are without electricity Thursday morning thanks to an overnight storm with strong winds and heavy rain.

As of 10:30 a.m., there are the following outages reported by NYSEG:

Putnam County

• Town of Carmel: 72
• Town of Kent: 259
• Town of North Salem: 2
• Town of Patterson: 85
• Town of Putnam Valley: 605
• Town of Southeast: 28

Westchester County

• Town of Bedford: 29
• Town of Carmel: 5
• Town of Lewisboro: 141
• Town of North Salem: 98
• Town of Pound Ridge: 241
• Town of Somers: 166
• Town of Yorktown: 112
