Joan A. Campbell of Brewster, NY, passed away Saturday November 11, 2023, in Brewster at the age of 89.

Joan was born July 4, 1934, at home in Brewster, daughter of the late Harold and Mary (Cole) Salmon. She graduated from Brewster High School. Joan worked for thirty years as a secretary for Hipotronics in Brewster and was a member of the Brewster Elks Club.

Joan is survived by her son Mark Campbell and his wife Kathy of Pawling, NY; 4 grandchildren: Mark Campbell of Michigan, Christopher (Kelly) Campbell of Dover, NY; Steven (Elese) Campbell of South Carolina, Sarah (Joseph) Currie of Pawling, NY and 4 great grandchildren: Mila, Owen, Gracelyn and Joseph. As well as several nieces and nephews. Joan was predeceased by her daughters Karen and Lori Campbell and her granddaughter Paige, as well as her brothers Donald and Harold Solomon and her sister Janis Dyas.

A wake will be held on Saturday December 2, 2023, at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Ave., Brewster, NY from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Interment will be private.
