He worked for many years as the rentals manager at Thunder Ridge Ski area where he worked tirelessly during the winter months to not only make sure the place was running smoothly, but also made sure all maintenance issues were being handled, and the ski team races were being timed properly. He wore many hats, made many friends and was very well respected. Four years ago, he decided to step back to part time from Thunder Ridge, shift gears and learn a trade he had always been interested in - electrical. He started going to school and was hired by United Alarm Services Inc. and quickly rose from an apprentice to one of their most respected technicians and alarm installers.
In the past he's served his community by being a Volunteer Fire Fighter for the Ball Pond Company in New Fairfield, CT. He served as a coach and the President for the Patterson Little League for over ten years. He’s also been an umpire for several Little Leagues, as well as umpired at the yearly games held in Cooperstown for many years.
