Putnam County Exec Byrne Sets 'State Of The County' Presentation Date

CARMEL, NY — Putnam County Executive Kevin Byrne will deliver his State of the County Presentation at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 7.
The event will be during a special meeting of the County Legislature at Tilly’s Table Restaurant at Tilly Foster Farm.
