Putnam County Young Republican Club Host Earth Day Clean Up

From Putnam Co. Young Republican Club: The Putnam County Young Republican Club celebrated Earth Day by picking up litter in Mayor’s Park on the Cold Spring waterfront, which is a public park used by the community for events and sports.
