Man Died After Being Hit By N Train Near Sunset Park, NYPD Says
The person was hit by a Manhattan-bound N train near the Eighth Avenue station at about 12:55 p.m., officials said.

SUNSET PARK, NY — A man died after he was hit by an N train near a Sunset Park station on Monday afternoon, officials said.
The man was struck by a Manhattan-bound train as it was entering the Eighth Avenue station at about 12:52 p.m., according to the MTA and FDNY. Emergency workers pronounced him dead at the scene, police said.
The man's name has not been released yet and police said he wasn't the victim of a crime.

The incident led Manhattan-bound N train to stop on the D-line from Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue to 36th Street, according to the MTA. Riders should expect delays on both the N and D lines.
