  1. Maria Perez, 41, the woman who was walking with a child and pushing another in a stroller when she fell to the ground after she was groped in a random assault in Sunset Park, speaks out about the incident. Perez said she is uneasy watching the video of the man attacking her, and she said her 4-year-old daughter was and still is traumatized. She said she and the children fell to the concrete as a result of Perez's attempted to stop the man from grabbing her. (WABC-TV)
  2. The city is on track to recovery after two-plus years into the coronavirus pandemic, thanks to our health professionals. In celebration of National Nurses Week, nurses at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn commemorated their 30 years of service in Brooklyn. (Brooklyn Paper)
  3. The City's 2023 Executive Budget will include $47.6 million for Brooklyn and Queens greenway improvements outlined in Destination: Greenways!, Mayor Eric Adams announced. Greenways is a plan to connect existing disconnected greenway segments to each other and its surrounding neighborhoods, with the help of the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation in partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation.
