  2. There were some things that brought peace to us during the pandemic, but now NYC’s Alternate-Side Parking is back. New York City says that drivers will have to move their cars twice a week again so that dirty streets can be swept clean. (Subscription: The New York Times)
  3. On Sunday, just after noon, in the Grand Army Plaza station, a 29-year-old woman narrowly escaped a sexual assault after a man followed her from the subway station, according to police. The man touched himself and forced the woman onto a bench, but ran off before he sexually assaulted her, according to police. Police have released a surveillance photo, anyone with information in regard to the identity of this individual is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).   4. The Brooklyn Tower nears completion, and the construction crane is almost fully disassembled. The 1,066-foot superstructure at 9 DeKalb Ave. will yield 550 residences with 150 for purchase. Sales launched in March 2022, and leasing is set to begin in mid-2022. (New York YIMBY)
