27 Syosset High School Students Selected For NYSSMA All-State

The students will be performing with other highly skilled performers at a special concert in Rochester this December.

SYOSSET, NY — There were 27 Syosset High School student-musicians selected as 2021 New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) All-State Musicians. These students, selected as active members or alternates, will perform at this year’s NYSSMA Winter Conference taking place in Rochester in December.

The students are part of an elite group of approximately 900 student-musicians who were chosen from the over 6,500 students who auditioned statewide for this honor last spring.
