• Syosset industrial property trades for $9.093M (libn.com) — A Syosset industrial building at 130 Eileen Way has sold for $9.093 million, with restoration firm Total Restoration Industries relocating there from down the street. The 30,500-square-foot property, formerly home to Big Blue Products, sits on 1.5 acres and will keep jobs and activity in the same Syosset industrial corridor. 
• From close calls to champions: Syosset girls' tennis makes history (longislandpress.com) — Syosset High School’s girls tennis team has captured the district’s first-ever NYSPHSAA Large Schools state championship, finally breaking through after multiple near-misses. Led by seniors Julia Isham and Stephanie Marcheret, the Braves topped Horace Greeley 5–2, capping years of hard work, tougher fitness routines, and strong leadership that coaches say leaves a lasting championship legacy for Syosset’s players and community.
