Car Quickly Stolen From Nassau Gas Station
Police say a man left his car running while he went into the station, and it was quickly stolen.

SYOSSET, NY — Nassau County police are searching for a car that was stolen from a Syosset gas station early Tuesday morning.
According to police, a grey Nissan Murano and a white Range Rover were both lingering at the pumps of the BP gas station at 200 South Oyster Bay Road in Syosset in the early morning hours. both cars had two men sitting inside them. At 4:43 a.m., a 35-year-old man pulled up to the pump in a black 2011 BMW, and got out to go into the station. Police say he left his car unlocked and running.
While he was inside, police say a man got out of one of the cars and into the BMW. Then all three cars fled south on South Oyster Bay Road.

Police only had clothing descriptions of the four men they're looking for. One man was wearing a white sweatshirt, black jeans and white sneakers. Another was wearing a black sweatshirt and a black ski mask. One was wearing grey sweatpants with a black stripe down the leg, a grey sweatshirt and black sneakers. The fourth man was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and a white hospital mask.
Police ask anyone with information about this car theft to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS, or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
