UPDATE: Eastbound LIE Jammed at Old Westbury

UPDATE: 4:05 p.m.

The eastbound Long Island Expressway is jammed from Old Westbury back to the Queens line after a tractor-trailer rolled over Monday afternoon, authorities said.

Nassau Police reported at 4 p.m. that three eastbound lanes were closed at Exit 40 after the truck flipped and rolled over onto the shoulder. Only the HOV lane is getting by the wreck, police said.

The cause of the roll-over and the condition of the driver is not known.
