Nassau Foot Doctor Forcibly Touches Patient, Police Say

MUTTONTOWN, NY — A Mount Sinai foot doctor has been arrested after police said he forcibly touched a patient in Muttontown.

Podiatrist Mark Gresser, 62, of Orange Court, forcibly touched a 42-year-old woman at the New York College of Health Professions, Nassau County police said. The incident happened on the morning of March 10, police said.

Police arrested Gresser without incident around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday. He faces two counts of forcible touching charges and was scheduled to appear in Mineola court Tuesday.

Police said anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a similar incident should call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
