More Than 4 Inches Fell In Parts Of Nassau From Heavy Rain
North Massapequa had 4.2 inches for the most rainfall Sunday night in Nassau, the National Weather Service said.

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — Sunday night's torrential rain led to several inches of rain in part of Nassau County, which caused flooding on some roads, including Jericho Turnpike in Jericho.
North Massapequa had 4.2 inches of rain, while Old Westbury got soaked with 4.13 inches, the National Weather Service said.
Levittown had 3.76 inches and North Merrick ended with 3.25 inches. In Syosset, the National Weather Service said, the storm led to 3.09 inches and Bethpage had 3.05 inches of rain.

The Town of Hempstead reported no major damage or issues from the heavy rain.
