Obituary: Jerome J. Amodeo, of Syosset, Dies at 87
A funeral service will take place on Monday.
Jerome J. Amodeo, of Syosset, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 23. He was 87.
Amodeo was a Korean War Veteran and longtime member of VFW Post #6394 in Syosset.
He is survived by his siblings Ciro (the late Irene) Amodeo and Christina (Nicholas) Sica as well as his nephews Nicholas J. Sica and Christopher J. (Joann) Amodeo.

In addition, he is survived by his great-niece Jacklyn and his great-nephew Eric Amodeo.
A funeral mass will take place on Monday, November 28 starting at 9:45 a.m. at the St. Edward Confessor R.C. Church in Syosset.

Internment will take place at the Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury.
