Obituary: Marcela J. Thacker, Formerly Of Woodbury, Dies At 89

Died: October 28, 2017

Visitation: Thursday, Nov. 2 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Beney Funeral Home on 79 Berry Hill Road in Syosset.

Service: Friday, Nov. 3, starting at 11 a.m. at St. Edward Confessor RC Church on 205 Jackson Avenue in Syosset.

Obituary: Marcela J. Thacker (nee Lampitok) formerly of Woodbury, passed away on Saturday, October 28. She was 89.

She is survived by her husband, Dean as well as her children, Jeffrey and Kim (Steve).

In addition, Marcela is survived by her brother, Raymond.

Interment will take place at Calverton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army or Inner City Scholarship Fund.
