Syosset's Average Credit Score Is No. 3 On Long Island

According to a WalletHub analysis, Syosset is in the 99 percentile nationwide of the 2,572 communities surveyed.

The community has an average credit score of 763, the No. 38 highest credit score in the nation and No. 3 on Long Island.

Garden City and Plainview are tied as the No. 25 highest credit score in the nation and No. 1 on Long Island.

The Villages, FL ranked as No. 1 in the United States with an average 807 credit score. Pittsford in Monroe County had the highest credit score average in New York with a No. 10 national ranking of 773.

In order to identify the cities with the highest and lowest credit scores, WalletHub's analysts compared the average credit scores of residents in each of 2,572 U.S. "cities" as of October 2017, based on TransUnion data.
