Syracuse Administrative Offices To Close On December 31 In Observance Of The New Year

City of Syracuse administrative offices will be closed for New Year’s Eve on Friday, December 31. Trash and recycling collection will not be delayed, and yard waste can still be brought to the Canal Street Residential Yard Waste Drop-off Site on December 31. Metered parking downtown will be free for New Year’s Day on Saturday, January 1.
