2 New Indoor Golf Simulator Businesses Coming To Greenburgh

GREENBURGH, NY — Not one, but two new indoor golf simulator businesses will be coming to the town of Greenburgh.

Town Supervisor Paul Feiner said X-Golf, which will be located at 870 Central Park Ave. in the former Walgreens space, was recently approved by the town’s Planning Board.

X-Golf, which calls itself the most innovative and accurate golf simulator in the world, will off virtual realtiy golfing in golf simulation bays.

A second golf simulator business — Golfzon — was approved for 691 Central Park Ave. and is currently under construction.

Feiner said he was glad to see these and other vacancies being filled with new businesses.

“These businesses will complement the five private golf courses in town, the year-round public driving range on Dobbs Ferry Road and PGA Tour Superstore in Crossroads Shopping Center,” he said.
