Accident Investigation Leads to DWI Arrest
A Sleepy Hollow woman charged after Pleasantville incident.
A Sleepy Hollow woman was charged with drunken driving after an accident on Manville Road in Pleasantville on Saturday morning, according to Pleasantville Police.
Police went to the area of 570 Manville Road at about 6:40 a.m. to investigate a report of an accident.
Following the accident investigation, Kathleen Haggerty, 38, was arrested and charged with DWI.

The Sleepy Hollow woman reportedly had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .15 percent, above the legal limit of .08 percent.
She is due in Pleasantville Court on February 19.
