Cops Seize Pink Coke, Alprazolam, Heroin, MDA In I-87 Stop: NYSP

GREENBURGH, NY — A rainbow of dangerous drugs is now off the streets after a traffic stop in Westchester County, according to New York State Police.

NYSP say that Troop T troopers from SP Tarrytown arrested a Bronx man on Wednesday for felony drug and gun possession on I-87 in the Town of Greenburgh.

Around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, troopers stopped a 2018 Nissan Rogue for traffic violations on the New York State Thruway.

An investigation found that the driver, 27-year-old Maximilian X. Blevins, was in possession of a stolen loaded SCCY Industries 9mm firearm from North Carolina, along with an estimated 1,574 grams of white cocaine, 15 grams of pink cocaine, 354 grams of Alprazolam, 467 grams of cannabis, 6 grams of amphetamine, 3 grams of MDA and 145 grams of heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

Blevins was arraigned in the village of Dobbs Ferry and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail.

He is facing several vehicle and traffic violations, and a slew of criminal charges, including felony first degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of felony third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony fourth degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, felony second degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony third degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony criminal possession of a firearm, felony fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property, and several misdemeanor charges.
