Goodwill To Open Donation Center In Elmsford

ELMSFORD, NY — Goodwill Industries of Greater NY and Northern NJ will be opening its newest attended donation center in Elmsford.

The location at 258 N. Sawmill River Rd. in Elmsford will be open for business Monday.

The hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week.

Different from a store, a Goodwill attendant will be at the attended donation center and to process your donation.

In 2021, Goodwill, which was founded 120 years ago, helped people re-purpose 40 million pounds of clothing and household goods in the New York metropolitan region, saving 59 thousand metric tons of carbon dioxide from polluting the atmosphere.

Goodwill NYNJ is a nonprofit organization, so donors may request a tax receipt for their donations.
