Goosefeather To Reopen Lawn Bar For Spring, Summer

TARRYTOWN, NY — Goosefeather in Tarrytown is bringing back the Lawn Bar for the spring and summer seasons.

Chef Dale Talde said the Lawn Bar will reopen Friday, May 26, in the evenings during regular hours of operation.

Goosefeather’s Lawn Bar is open from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Guests can enjoy live DJ music and a selection of small plates and dim sum, as well as three to four specialty summer cocktails, wines by the glass, beers and canned/bottled cocktails.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, the Lawn area is still open but there is no table service or live music. Guests can go inside the restaurant to order food and drink and take it out to the Lawn to enjoy.

“We’re so lucky to operate on such beautiful grounds and have a space like the Lawn Bar for our guests to enjoy in the warmer months,” Talde told Patch.

“While we were able to do some light programming last year,” he said, “we’re really excited to blow it out of the water and make Goosefeather a summertime destination this season.”

There will be regular themed nights Thursday through Saturdays, as well as lawn games and DJs.

Goosefeather is located at the Tarrytown House Estate, 49 E. Sunnyside Lane in Tarrytown.
