Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Fall 2023 To Begin In Tarrytown

TARRYTOWN, NY — It's time to start choosing all the places where you want to eat during Fall 2022 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, including in and around Tarrytown.

For two weeks in the spring and fall, restaurants throughout the Hudson Valley offer special, three-course lunch and dinner menus.

From Oct. 30-Nov. 12, chefs throughout the region will be serving up delicious, creative dishes that feature locally sourced ingredients for attractive prices. Prix-fixe lunches and dinners will be offered at $24.95, $29.95, $39.95 or $44.95. (Pricing does not include tax, beverages, or gratuity.) Prix-fixe menus may be offered for both dine-in and takeout.

Participating restaurants span seven counties: Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan, Greene and Dutchess. The complete list of restaurants and menus can be found at valleytable.com/hvrw.

Goosefeather's Chef Dale Talde told Patch he chose to feature some of the restaurant's favorite dishes on the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week menu.

Just some of the items on the menu include Kung Pao Chicken Wings and Crispy Shrimp Bao for starters and Char Siu Berkshire Pork Belly and Wild Mushroom Slippery Noodle as main courses.

"We want to showcase the dishes that really exemplify our modern Cantonese menu, making sure that there are options for special diets as well," Talde said.

Participating in culinary events is really important to him, especially ones that are geared toward the community.

"For guests who may be joining us for the first time during Restaurant Week," Talde said, "I want to make sure they're having a true Goosefeather experience. The Hudson Valley is home to so many incredible restaurants and we want to connect with, and celebrate, our thriving local food culture."

Prices do not include beverage, tax and tip. Restaurants are also able to offer their prix-fix menus as a take-out option. Those who have opted to offer take-out will have a “take-out” filter noted on their listing. Menus and pricing can be found here.
