Latest Undercover Child Exploitation Op Leads To New Arrest: NYSP
A Haverstraw man was charged with felony second-degree rape and was arraigned in the Town of Greenburgh Court, New York State Police said.

TOWN OF GREENBURGH, NY — A multi-agency sting nabbed a Hudson Valley man accused of unspeakable acts against children, according to law enforcement.
New York State Police announced that they conducted an undercover operation with the FBI, and the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, targeting those involved in the online exploitation of children.
The latest operation resulted in the identification and arrest of 34-year-old Moses Goldstein, of Haverstraw.

Police said the operation deployed highly trained investigators and agents to infiltrate online platforms where these types of crimes often start. Through the use of advanced cyber tactics, investigators were able to identify Goldstein seeking to exploit vulnerable children online and arranging to meet with them in person, according to the officials.

He was charged with felony second-degree rape and arraigned in Greenburgh Town Court.

Goldstein was remanded to the Westchester County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash, $20,000 secured bond, or $50,000 partially secured bond.
Police say that a historical investigation into Goldstein will continue.
