Mrs. Green’s Natural Market has signed a 20-year lease to occupy the 13,000 sq. ft. space formerly filled by Tarrytown Gourmet at 45 N. Broadway.
The Hudson Independent reports that the grocer will pay $20,000 a month to lease the space and will spend $2.2 million on interior renovations. The ground level of the store is expected to have produce and food, while the lower level will house organic and natural products.
The Tarrytown Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Mrs. Green’s on Aug. 26 at 7 p.m.
