Parking Lot Upgrade, TOD, Single-Family Home: Tarrytown-Sleepy Hollow

TARRYTOWN-SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — Here are some of the meetings being held in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow for the week of July 24.

In Tarrytown, the Planning Board is set to meet at 7 p.m. Monday, July 24.

The agenda, which can be viewed here, includes continuation of public hearings on the First Korean Methodist Church parking lot at 500 South Broadway, Gracemere Partners construction of a new single-family residence and Hudson Harbor Station transit-oriented development at 29 South Depot Plaza.

There is a new public hearing for Gotham Design Planning and Development redevelopment of the property into a new three-story structure with four dwelling units at 25 South Washington Street.

The meeting will be at Village Hall, One Depot Plaza.

In Sleepy Hollow, the Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 25.
