Police: Domestic Dispute Leads to Teen Arrest
A Tarrytown 16-year-old was arrested on a charge of attempted asault following a dispute with his mother, police report.

A mother-son dispute resulted in a charge for attempted assault and an order of protection against a 16-year-old, Tarrytown Police report.
On Jan. 19 at 10:10 a.m., a River Plaza resident called police requesting assistance with a dispute she was having with her teenaged son. She reported that the son was banging on her apartment door trying to get in.
Police arrested the son on a charge of attempted assault in the third degree, leaving a message with the apartment's building superintendent to inspect the door for damage.

The defendant was arraigned by the judge with bail set at $250 and an order of protection issued. Bail was posted by the teen's friend and police escorted him to the residence to collect this personal property.
