Sleepy Hollow Man Charged with Selling Oxycontin in Peekskill
Michael Brown faces a B felony charge.

Following a joint investigation conducted by the Peekskill Police Department and the Westchester County Department of Public Safety, Sleepy Hollow resident Michael Brown, 22, was charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
Brown is alleged to have sold Oxycontin to an undercover police officer at at 11.p.m. on Jan. 28 near the 100 block of Smith Street in Peekskill.
Brown was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail. Officer Joe McGann and Detective Anthony Malfitano made the arrest.
