Magically Disappearing Boot

Sleepy Hollow police contacted Tarrytown police to check the home of the registered owner in Tarrytown. They found James Vieweg, 32, of Tarrytown, at his home and took him to headquarters for further investigation. There they charged him with criminal mischief in the third degree, an E felony.
