ELMSFORD, NY — If you're going to be headed home late tonight, you might want to start planning an alternate route now.

The New York State Department of Transportation says the ramp from the Sprain Brook Parkway northbound to Interstate 287 westbound in the Village of Elmsford will be closed from 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, until 5 a.m. on Wednesday, for guardrail repairs.

The good news is that the closures are not expected to affect the Wednesday morning commute.
