
If Westover Landscape Designs’ Robert Welsch has his way, we’ll be covered in daffodils in no time. The man responsible for donating – and helping plant – thousands upon thousands of this perennial yellow spring bloom was back at it again.
This time, he was joined by middle school teachers Mike Garguilo’s and about 100 seventh grade environmentalists to plant 2,500 bulbs in the new Peabody Outdoor Learning Center.
