Tarrytown Man Charged with DWI
The 44-year-old was issued a number of violations along with a misdemeanor DWI charge on Windle Park.

Tarrytown police stopped a driver on Windle Park on Oct. 24 just after 9:30 p.m. and made a DWI arrest.
Police stopped the 1998 Toyota and found the driver to have a suspended license as of January 2004 for a lesser "Driving While Ability Impaired" traffic violation.
The defendant, 44, of Tarrytown, was taken into headquarters where he was given a chemical breath test, yielding a positive reading for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
He was charged with:
- failure to signal a turn,
- equipment (mufflers, exhaust system),
- operation by unlicensed driver,
- aggravated unlicensed in the first (under the influence),
- driving while intoxicated,
- and operating with BAC exceeding .08.
He was released on $150 cash bail to a responsible person.
