Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow Meetings: Demolition And Construction

TARRYTOWN-SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — Here are a couple of public meetings being held in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow the week of June 26.

The Tarrytown Planning Board will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, June 26.

On the agenda, which can be viewed in its entirety here, includes continuation of public hearings for Gracemere Partners demolition of existing single-family residence in order to build a new single-family residence and Hudson Harbor Station transit-oriented development at 29 South Depot Plaza.

New public hearings include site plan approvals for construction of a retaining wall, swimming pool and other improvements on Rosehill Avenue and reconstruction of a viewing platform and placement of a condenser unit at Lyndhurst Mansion.

Tarrytown Village Hall is located at 1 Depot Plaza in Tarrytown.

In Sleepy Hollow, there will be a Board of Trustees Meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 27.
