"What Mr. Eulin is alleged to have done here is unconscionable," Cacace said. "There is no place in society for such brutal acts of violence against our beloved pets. The Westchester County DA's Office will continue to exhaust all of our resources to fight against cruelty to animals."

The DA commended the swift police work of the Greenburgh Police Department.

The case, which was adjourned until April 30, is being prosecuted by Animal Cruelty Coordinator Mary Ann Liebowitz. Eulin remains released on his own recognizance.
