Wild Weather in Store for 10591
The National Weather Service is forecasting storms, hail and even a possible risk for a tornado for the Westchester area.

Dry for now after this morning's flash rain, but more wild, summer weather is on its way, Tarrytown-Sleepy Hollow.
The National Weather Service issued a Special Weather Statement and Hazardous Weather Outlook today for Westchester County.
According to the NWS, our area could see severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.

"Damaging winds and heavy rainfall are the main threats," the NWS stated. "Large hail is possible as well. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out."
In Tarrytown-Sleepy Hollow, expect storms mostly after 5 p.m. today. The high temperature today will reach 92 degrees, according to the NWS, with winds 10 to 20 mph.

On Friday, thunderstorms are likely after 1 a.m., bringing hail, damaging winds and heavy rain. The wet weather is expected to return after 10 a.m., with a high temp of 88, according to the NWS.
The weekend kicks off on a wet note, with a 40 percent chance of showers, potential thunderstorms, and mostly cloudy skies Saturday.
However, Sunday looks like only partly cloudy and temps in the 80s. Time to hit the beach!
