5 Ways to Be Healthy This Week
Whether it's the health of your heart or the health of your mind, here are some suggestions.

Beyond the obvious of exercising regularly and eating well, there are other ways to define "healthy" and practice it. Here are just a few local suggestions.
1. Keep your little one healthy. is a class full of gentle movements held at Avalon Park at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays.
2. Keep your mind healthy. On Tuesday, take part in a meditative at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at Stony Brook at 7 p.m.

3. Keep your community healthy. On Wednesday, you can attend a local farmers' market at Whole Foods in Lake Grove between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
