Kacy Corso is expected to appear in court on Wednesday, court documents show.
RIVERSIDE, NY — A Long Island woman, who has been charged in connection with the slaying of a man who was found stabbed to death outside the Stony Brook Yacht Club, will face the unveiling of an indictment on Wednesday morning, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office confirmed.
Homicide Squad detectives charged Kacy Corso, 33, of Setauket, with second-degree murder for the stabbing death of Christopher Millwater, 52, of Selden, Suffolk police previously said.
The charges she faces include murder and hindering the prosecution, online court records show.

Corso and her boyfriend Victor Panebianco went to the yacht club, knowing Millwater would be there, and Corso used her car to block him from leaving and then slammed it into him, News 12 reported, citing court documents. Panebianco then stabbed Millwater multiple times, according to the outlet. Panebianco has waived his right to extradition and was being held in North Carolina the last Patch reported.

Corso, whose long-term relationship with Millwater ended badly, was captured on police body cameras saying that she was afraid of what she would do with Millwater if he did not stop contacting her, according to prosecutors, Newsday reported.
Corso told police that if "they weren't doing anything for her, she would handle it herself," Assistant District Attorney Sheetal Shetty told the court, according to the outlet.
Millwater cried for help and when Panebianco chased him down, straddling over him from above, Corso told him, "He shouldn't be fooled by the pleas for help," before Panebianco stabbed him, Shetty said, according to the outlet.
Corso pleaded not guilty to the new charges.
She was remanded to the Suffolk County Correctional Facility without bail, court records show.
Her defense attorney, Christopher Gioe of Hauppauge, could not be reached for comment.
He previously told Patch that she "has vehemently denied any involvement in the stabbing incident and has not admitted to the charges."
"On her behalf, we have entered a plea of not guilty," he said. "We are committed to conducting a thorough investigation into this matter and defending our client zealously."
Millwater's sister previously told Patch that he had been fishing at the location where he was killed for around 30 years.
"He went there for peace, for tranquility," his sister, Corinne Millwater, told Patch on Wednesday. "He did a lot of fishing there. I don't really know what else to say. He was just a wonderful person."
