Locals looking for a new spot for those summertime pedicures are in luck: a new nail salon is set to open at 15-3 Bennetts Road in Setauket.
An employee answering the phone at Nina Nail Spa could not give an exact opening date, but said the business will open soon.
The new nail salon will occupy the space next to Bagel Express. It was formerly home to Hudson Board Room, which opened in the summer of 2010 but closed in 2011 when its owner decided to take the business online.
The Route 25A corridor is already home to a few nail salons, including Yumi's Nails in Stony Brook and Pro Nails and Tiffany Nails in East Setauket.
