New Tenant Moves In at East Setauket Technology Center

Opthalmic Consultants of Long Island now occupies the remaining 5,156 square feet of space at 4 Technology Drive in East Setauket, according to a report in the online publication Citybiz Real Estate.

A representative of the real estate group involved in the transaction said "the demand for medical office space in close proximity to Suffolk County hospitals and health networks continues to outpace the demand for non-medical professional space."
