, brand-new county legislator Kara Hahn was sworn into office Tuesday. She takes over the fifth legislative district from Vivian Viloria-Fisher, who served the district for 13 years and was unable to run again due to term limitations. "With my inauguration today, I continue to honor the importance of public service as I begin working with my neighbors to help mold the future we envision," Hahn said in a statement.
