  1. Workout at the Emma Clark Memorial Library with the 3- part "Cardio Sculpt" classes hosted via Zoom. The first session kicks off on Monday, Sept. 19, from 10- 10:45 a.m. with instructor Debbie Kryzminksi. (Emma Clark Library)
  2. Theatre Three is making a difference in our community by hosting food drives to help families struggling with food insecurity. Donations will be collected at the Infant Jesus Convent at 110 Hawkins Ave. in Port Jefferson, on Sunday, Sept. 18, from 9 a.m. to noon. The donations will help the church's pantry. (TBR News Media)
  3. Have you heard about the Pringle Challenge? Three Village students in Ms. Berman’s fourth grade class at Minnesauke Elementary School accepted the challenge and built a ring made from Pringles potato chips with no glue or tape. Photos showed kiddos loving the STEM challenge! (Three Village School District)
  4. Nonprofit Sweetbriar Nature Center has much to offer in environmental education, arts, and yoga. The center has free admission and regular classes for adults and kids. Their mission is to rescue wild animals and give them care before releasing them back into nature. Visit the Sweetbriar website to plan your visit. (News 12 Bronx)
