- Three Village CDS Continuing Education released its Adult Education brochure for Fall '22. New courses are being offered with a resident senior discount. The excellent news is registration can now be made online. (Three Village School District)
- The Patriots of Ward Melville won against the Eastport South Manor with a 3-2 victory on Sept 8. Check photos of the epic game and stay tuned for the fall schedule of games. (TBR News Media)
- Fall means show time in the Village of Port Jefferson! The Film Series '22 kicks off on Monday, Sept 19, at 7 p.m. with "Kaepernick & America" opening the discussion season at Theatre Three. (Patch Events)

- Police are seeking a man accused of a hate crime in Nesconset. Security cameras caught the suspect leaving the scene after damaging the Virgin Mary statue outside a Tiffany Way residence last month. The incident happened on Aug. 7 at 8 p.m. Anyone with information leading to an arrest is asked to call 1-800-220-TIPS. (Smithtown Matters)
