1. Three Village CDS Continuing Education released its Adult Education brochure for Fall '22. New courses are being offered with a resident senior discount. The excellent news is registration can now be made online. (Three Village School District)
2. The Patriots of Ward Melville won against the Eastport South Manor with a 3-2 victory on Sept 8. Check photos of the epic game and stay tuned for the fall schedule of games. (TBR News Media)
3. Fall means show time in the Village of Port Jefferson! The Film Series '22 kicks off on Monday, Sept 19, at 7 p.m. with "Kaepernick & America" opening the discussion season at Theatre Three. (Patch Events)
4. The New Village Recreation Center announced its Fall Class Schedule. A fall craft fair will be a plus this season. For those looking for karate, yoga, and crafts, check out the days and times here. (TBR News Media)
5. Police are seeking a man accused of a hate crime in Nesconset. Security cameras caught the suspect leaving the scene after damaging the Virgin Mary statue outside a Tiffany Way residence last month. The incident happened on Aug. 7 at 8 p.m. Anyone with information leading to an arrest is asked to call 1-800-220-TIPS. (Smithtown Matters)
