Here are the top 4 stories today in Three Village:
- Culper Spy Day in the Three Village will be filled with community events! The big celebration is set for Sept. 10 with activities for all ages. Access the complete schedule of happenings on the Three Village Historical Society website. (TVHS)
- John Turner will lead the nighthawk watch group at Frank Melville Memorial Park. The meeting will be held until Oct. 6. from 5:30 p.m. to dusk. (Facebook Events)
- Three Village Historical Society historian, Bev Tyler, will lead a walking tour in the Town Dock on Shore Road in East Setauket. The guided tour will explore Maritime history in the area on Sunday, Sept. 4 at noon. (TVHS)
- A mom and daughter from Long Island face fraudulent credit card charges. Geist, 61, and her daughter Alyssa Geist, 33, are accused of spending over $850,000 on different credit cards between 2008 and 2021. The money was spent on luxurious European vocations and to sustain a lavish lifestyle. (NY Post)
