1. Reboli Center features the exhibit "Around The Block," opening on Tuesday, July 12. The landscapes of Block Island will be displayed in this magnificent presentation that will run until September 5. (Reboli Center)
2. For those who love gardening, how about learning the evolution of the practice through the ages? Emma Clark Library will take participants on a tour of the most beautiful gardens around the world on Wednesday, June 6 at 12:30 p.m. (Emma Clark Library)
   
3. A new spot to get cold treats is now open 8 miles away from Three Village! Smoothie restaurant, Anona Shack, is now available at Heritage Park in Mount Sinai. Anna Shack also serves on wheels with its food truck. (LongIsland.com)
   
4. Republican Edward A. Flood received 2,491 votes in the State Assembly 4th District Republican primary elections. His opponent, Thomas Wiermann, earned 2,375. Both candidates were running for the chair occupied by the Democratic incumbent Steve Englebright. The results are too close to be called. (Patch)
