Here are the top 4 stories today in Three Village:

  1. Ward Melville Class of 2022 celebrated their special day on Sunday, June 26. The graduates were cheered by family and friends as they walked through a balloon arch on the school's front lawn. Student musicians took the stage to perform “The Star-Spangled Banner.” Check the photo gallery of the event here. (TVS District)
  2. Emma Clark Library will "crawl into" July with a Vertebrate Parade on July 1! Frogs, snakes, and other species from the Sweet Briar Farm will be displayed for kiddos aged 4-12 at 11:30 a.m. in the Children's program room. (ECM Library)
  3. Movie lovers in the community will have 10 days to appreciate short productions presented at the Stony Brook Film Festival in July. The festival will be held at the Staller Center for the Arts from July 21 - 30. (TBR News Media)
  4. Multiple beaches are closed for swimming in Suffolk County due to the discovery of bacteria in the water that can cause gastrointestinal issues, sore throat, and eye infections. The New York State health department released a guide with sites that should be avoided. (NYSHD)

  • Emma Clark Library has a Little Free Library at West Meadow Beach. The books have been available for beachgoers since 2016 and have been a delight for those who like to read while listening to the sound of water. The Little Library will be open during July and August. (Patch)
  • Patch: " Farmingdale's American Airpower Museum is set to host a series of Warbird Weekends as a patriotic salute to the airpower of the United States, the museum announced." (Patch)
