Ricky Martin's UES Home Sells For $6.15M: Report

The Yorkville apartment has been on and off the market since 2017.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Ricky Martin has sold his four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Upper East Side home for $6.15 million, according to several media reports.

The apartment, located in Yorkville at 170 East End Ave. near East 88th Street, had been on and off the market since 2017, when it was first listed at $8.4 million, the New York Post, which first published the news, reported.

According to the listing on Compass, the apartment has a rare layout with two full primary suites and a sprawling 30-foot living and dining room.

The seventh-floor apartment is in a full-service building designed by Peter Marino, according to the Compass listing.

Its new owner wasn’t immediately clear, the New York Post said.
