Among its lengthy amenities list: seven bedrooms, a private rooftop garden, a full-floor master suite, a "resort-style fitness center" complete with a pool and massage room, a library, and an internal elevator to connect them all.

The previous owner, Greenwood Properties II LLC, had purchased it for $19.6 million in 2010, city records show. Major renovations helped boost the price by the time it was sold to the new buyer, who is listed in city records only as "12E63 LLC."

The listing by the Corcoran Group describes the townhouse as "cascading over seven luxurious levels," making it "ideal for those who love to entertain."
